About Me

Lauren is a senior at Brigham Young University studying exercise and wellness. Lauren was born and raised in Utah and has spent a lot of her time traveling. She is an outdoor enthusiast, and has a passion for trail running. She has also traveled to many of Utah’s National Parks and enjoys the many beautiful hikes that Utah has to offer.
